Project description:
The project “Digital Transformation of DRAŽUL GLUŠICA ARHITEKTI d.o.o.” addresses the insufficient level of business digitalization within the company. The main objective is to increase competitiveness and productivity through the digitalization of business processes, enabling better integration of cultural and artistic values into architectural projects. The implementation of advanced digital technologies will improve efficiency, communication, and the quality of outputs, enhancing both technical and creative aspects of the company’s work. The project contributes to a higher level of digital readiness and adaptation to the demands of the modern digital market. Target groups include the company’s employees and suppliers, as well as the local and wider public (HR, EU). The implementation of project activities will strengthen the company’s capacity to adapt to new regulatory and legislative frameworks of the single digital market.
